Tom qualified as a pharmacist in 2010, working for six years in Dublin before transitioning to engineering. He holds a first-class honours MSc in Computer Science and is a part qualified actuary. With around 7 years of software engineering experience, Tom draws on his diverse background to drive innovation in technical hiring solutions. He is currently studying for an MBA at Warwick Business School, specialising in entrepreneurship.

Riccardo holds first-class honours degrees in Computer Science from the University of Rome “Sapienza,” where he specialised in distributed systems and software architecture. With 13 years of experience in leading tech companies like Amazon and Groupon, Riccardo has built a strong reputation as an exceptional engineer, particularly during his time in Dublin. He and Tom previously worked together on high-performance trading systems at Paddy Power Betfair. Riccardo’s expertise in software architecture and distributed systems ensures that our platform remains at the forefront of technological innovation.

Mara brings a wealth of experience spanning both Finance and Technology. She is a lifelong learner and has developed a broad knowledge base across Big data and AI and how it is applied in the financial domain. She holds a 1st class honours in Big Data and AI and a Bachelor in Engineering of Telecommunication other than Diploma in Accountancy. More recently she has completed a range of post graduate diplomas in Big Data, AI , Data Analytics and Business Administration.
